Muriel Spark Biography Project 2019 - present
Archivist​

Working with Dr Dan Gunn to transcribe, digitise, and catalogue hundreds of letters to and from Scottish author Muriel Spark, her loved ones, and her contemporaries

Undertaking independent, investigative research to enhance the collection, such as identifying the exact or near-exact dates of hundreds of undated letters using context clues and design and materials analysis

Scanning, photographing, or otherwise creating digital copies of these letters, and labeling those which I feel should be included in the final book

Deciphering different handwritings, shorthand, and various pre-modern stylistic conventions

Fine-tuning my understanding of digital and physical scholarship as well as the handling and preservation of archive materials
